Loan Support Specialist
S Bank is actively looking for an experienced Loan Support Specialist to join our lending team at our Glennville, GA branch.

Job Description
This individual is responsible for all aspects of loan processing to include but not limited to:
Booking of new/renewed loans along with modifications/extensions.
Processes loan payments and payoffs.
Verifies accuracy of documents received.
Assists in clearing any documentation errors and verifies all loan packages for completeness.
Follow up with the Lender is done as needed during this process to ensure that loans are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Pre-closing tasks required to produce loan documents that are in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Insurance tracking, Force-Placement of Insurance, Financial tracking such as obtaining tax returns and financial statements as they are received and expire.
Scanning, Wires, HMDA Reporting, Ordering and following up with recorded escrows, title work, UCC's, and deeds.
Handling internal/external client calls regarding loans.
Job Requirements
As a Loan Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and processing of loans. It will be up to you to obtain all necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. You must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and be a team player with the willingness to get involved and assume additional responsibilities. Ability to perform task with limited supervision. Time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize and work independently. Must be able to pay attention to details under tight deadlines or heavy workloads. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment and remain flexible. This position requires compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous banking experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
